# Add/update minor data for a data asset

1. Login as a Governance Manager.
2. Go to *Actions -> Data Catalog*.
3. Select the data from the data catalog.
4. Go to Privacy tab.
5. Select the Yes/No option in the 'Has minor' field.
6. Click the Add button.\
